I still can’t believe it’s already a week ago I was in the beautiful city of Zürich, Switzerland, taking part in the best party in the world! Street Parade 2017!I’m sure there are plenty of amazing parties around the world but… not like this one. And by this, I mean: a free entrance party happening all around Zürich with love mobiles spreading high vibes and people dancing to electronic beats all day long! What about that? Yes, a parade with mobiles isn’t exclusive of carnival, think back when the Love Parade – by the neighbours in Berlin, Germany – was the most famous street electronic party in the world.
Almost every raver had to make the choice about where to go next at least once in his life, because time and money are limited. Some music lovers love to go to large festivals, to enjoy craziness with thousands of people, but some prefer small club nights with other passionate music lovers. Both kinds of events have their advantages and disadvantages, so let’s have a look on them:
There are a lot of music events around the world: you may just know about some of them, or perhaps you’ve visited some or you could even be planning to go to one somewhere in your country or in another continent… so you probably thought at least once – “Hmm, how is the crowd in …[that country]?” That was exactly what I did during my stay in United States, comparing club events in Atlanta with the ones I had attended in Europe, especially the one with Ferry Corsten.
Last week Slovakia hosted probably its most highlighted Trance event in years, and it’s all thanks to EDMANIA, who invited the „King of Trance” as a headliner. And it doesn’t end up there – Armin van Buuren was also supported by Rodg, Orjan Nilsen, Driftmoon, ReOrder, Major7 and other local Trance DJs, making this journey last not for three, but for stunning 12 hours! Huge experiment for a still young organization, which gave a good result!
Last weekend in Amsterdam was frantic. Not only thanks to Armin Van Buuren having his special show (about which you can read on my previous article), but also because real Trance lovers knew – there was another event worth visiting: the Rielism event in one of the sacred places for the Trance Family – Panama.
It wasn’t so full because a large part of the people went for Armin Only show on Friday, but the ones who came to Panama realized – it will be special, because it’s not just some random event, but it was Rielism’s 2nd anniversary and Sied van Riel‘s birthday party!
Last weekend people from all over the world gathered in the Amsterdam ArenA for a magical “The Best Of Armin Only” experience – two sold-out shows, more than 80 thousands attendants between both days, 2 hours of warm-up, 4 hours of show and countless memories. Not every artist in electronic or Trance music can organize something this big, but seems like for Armin Van Buuren it wasn’t a problem.
Club Nights event Friday 14 April & Aly & Fila – Open to Close Saturday 15 April 2017
It’s been already a week ago since we all had the opportunity to experience an amazing Trance Family gathering like no other before.. I still feel it tingling in my bones, an involving wave of love, still buzzing in the air I breathe.
It is a sunny and warm Monday in Prague, ReOrder’s usual visit to Starbucks in some ‘hipster’ part of the city, only for this time – short interview before going back to his usual work.
After a long awaited 8 months since I first heard of Transmission coming to Asia, I was very excited and at the same time skeptical about if it was really going to happen. It was only 5 months ago, when they officially announced (around early November 2016) that Transmission: The Lost Oracle was going to be staged at Bitec Bangkok, Thailand on 10 March 2017.
